Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned swimmer, we have a class that will fit your needs. Classes range in skill levels and follow the guidelines and procedures set by the American Red Cross.
Ages: 5 and above
- 45 minutes of instruction
- 15 minutes of free swim (at 10 a.m. for morning classes and 5:45 p.m. for evening classes)
- FREE swimming on Saturdays at either pool location
- In case of rain, make-up lessons are held for the following week.
Swim lessons will take place pending COVID restrictions being lifted.

Swimmers should already be comfortable swimming front stroke & swimming on their back. Swimmers will work on:
LEVEL 4 – STROKE IMPROVEMENT
Swimmers should already be able to swim front & back crawl 25 yards. Swimmers will work on:
LEVEL 5 – STROKE REFINEMENT
Swimmers should already be able to swim freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke 25 yards, scissors kick, whip kick and treading water. Swimmers will work on:
LEVEL 6 – SWIMMING & SKILL PROFICIENCY
