Registration Process 2024

Please follow these steps:

1. All campers must have a 2024 Day Camp Pass (Purchased once in a calendar year and is good for all day camps offered by the Owensboro Parks & Recreation Department that year.)
2. Please call the Parks Office (270-687-8700) to purchase a Day Camp Pass. Passes are non-refundable.
3. Spring Day Camp Registration
   1. Registration may be taken over the phone or in person when the Day Camp Pass is purchased.
4. Summer Day Camp and Edge Summer Camp Registration
   1. Registration may be taken over the phone or in person and payment for the first week of camp is made when the Day Camp Pass is purchased.
   2. Weekly payments may be made online or in person.
5. Once you have registered your child, you will receive an email invite from ePACT to share information with Owensboro Parks & Recreation.
   1. This information replaces the previous day camp forms and must be completed for your child to be fully registered in camp.
   2. If you have completed ePACT forms in 2023, you will be ask to review and make any necessary changes.
