Cap Gardner Park is a special use park. Acquired in 1977 it has 1.6 acres and exhibits a wide assortment of trees, shrubs, and flowers. Because of its beautiful plants and trees, it is often used for weddings and outdoor photography sessions.

Cap Gardner Park is the former Nature Park and was rededicated October 4, 2005.
