JACK C. FISHER PARK FIELD RULES
To preserve the quality of the complex and administer a clean and healthy environment the following are prohibited:
- Disorderly conduct and physical or verbal assault
- Use of alcohol, tobacco or smokeless tobacco, vaping
- Pets; except service animals as trained and defined by the Americans with Disability Act
- Overnight parking or parking on sidewalks, service driveway and emergency zones; violators will be ticketed and towed at owner’s expense
- Sale of merchandise, concessions or services
- Personal coolers, grills, cookers, glass bottles/containers, outside food and beverage; one team drinking cooler per dugout (water only)
- Chewing gum, candy, sunflower seeds, peanuts
- Posting signs, promotional items or decorations
- Painting or temporarily marking structures
- Unauthorized athletic field use, equipment and material use
- Hitting and throwing against fence or net material
- Tampering, damaging or misuse of facility property
- Skateboards, bikes, skates, toy scooters, motorized toy vehicles, or similar devices
- Remote control vehicles, recreational systems, or unmanned aircraft such as; drones, airplanes, helicopters, rockets, or similar devices
- Stakes, spikes or other pointed materials used for ground anchoring
- Fireworks or any open flame
The City of Owensboro at the sole discretion of its supervising personnel, reserved the right to dismiss any spectator or team who is in violation of park rules or who presents a risk to others.
